BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Director's are responsible for overseeing the operations of the association. All statutory members have a seat on the Board of Directors. Also, the affiliate members elect a representative to sit on the Board of Directors and has voting rights of a Board member.
The Technical Committee works with agencies in the development of specifications and the implementation of new technologies. The commitee also works to improve pavement quality and performance through training and education opportunities.
The Environmental Committee coordinates industry involvement in the regulatory process (through partnerships with agencies) and the implementaion of new technology.
The Public Affairs committee provides information to the legislative bodies in California onissues related to the asphalt pavement industry.
